ERM-ის ახალი პარადიგმა: რისკი, როგორც შესაძლებლობა

ხშირად, რისკების მართვა აღიქმება, როგორც მხოლოდ ნეგატიური მოვლენების თავიდან აცილების მექანიზმი. თუმცა, COSO ERM-ის განახლებული (2018 წლის შემდგომი) სტანდარტები, რომლებიც ჩვენი ტრენინგის საფუძველს წარმოადგენდა, სრულიად ახალ პერსპექტივას გვთავაზობს. თანამედროვე მიდგომით, ERM ინტეგრირებულია ორგანიზაციის სტრატეგიასა და მიზნებთან. რისკები განიხილება არა მხოლოდ როგორც საფრთხე, არამედ როგორც პოტენციური შესაძლებლობა, რომლის სწორად მართვამაც შეიძლება კომპანიას მნიშვნელოვანი უპირატესობა მოუტანოს.

  • პორტფელის ხედვა და ჰოლისტური მართვა ERM-ში: ხაზი გაესვა რისკების მთლიან, არაიზოლირებულ ხედვას და მისი გავლენა მენეჯმენტის გადაწყვეტილებებზე.
  • ცვლილებების მართვა და შესრულების მონიტორინგი: ტრენინგზე განსაკუთრებული ყურადღება დაეთმო იმას, თუ როგორ უნდა ამოიცნოს და შეაფასოს ორგანიზაციამ მნიშვნელოვანი შიდა თუ გარე ცვლილებები და როგორ მოახდინოს ERM სტრატეგიის ადაპტაცია.
